Terms & Conditions

• Check-in time at Maleny Tropical Retreat is from 2:30pm. Check-out is by 11am.

• Early arrival & late departure ~ by arrangement.

• A 50% deposit is required within 5 days to secure booking, unless otherwise arranged.

• Cancellations carry a $25.00 administration charge.

• The deposit is transferable to an alternative date, providing 10 days notice is given prior to scheduled arrival date. If 10 days notice is not given, the deposit is forfeited.

• Credit card facilities are available for deposits and paying balance on arrival. Direct Deposit facilities also available.

• All rates are firm at time of booking; otherwise subject to change without notice.

• We are unable to cater for children or pets.

• Smoking outside or on private decks only.

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
